🗓Every time when I check the calendar, it will state that October will be the best month to visit Turkey as it is autumn season🍁. Thus, it will not be as hot as Summer and as cold as winter.

We manage to cover Istanbul, Kusadasi, Cappadocia in 7 Days 6 Nights.

Those who know me well will know I will prefer free and easy. However, this tour group is a two-person trip that does not need to wait for a large group of people to form a group. We get to choose our own traveling date. The Day Tour in Turkey will sometime group with people from other countries, around 8-10 people.

Day 1

KUL-ISTANBUL

CHECK IN HOTEL RECITAL HOTEL（Hotel and location is quite good）

Can walk to GRAND BAZZAR to shop and other stalls

DAY 2

-PIERRE LOTI HILL, a coffee shop that has hundred years of history, you get to see the view（Can take cable car）

-BOSPHORUS CRUISE, whole journey was around one and a half hour. Get to see the beautiful scenery from left and right while the Europe is at one side and Asia at the other.

-DOLMABHACE PALACE

We fly to IZMIR (Kusadasi) at night

CHECK IN HEAVEN CAVE HOTEL （20 minutes away from GOREME，not really a cave hotel but it was quite good. You can walk to a few stores. ）

Day6

HOT AIR BALLON

RED TOUR-FAIRY-Chvusin (watch the fairy chimney)→Devrent Valley (watch camel rock)→pass by Red River→Avanos (pottery workshop)→ Uchisar for lunch →Uchisar Castle to have a look at the palace→Gorome Panoramic to watch the scenery→ Gorome Open Air Museum

SUNRISE HORSE RIDE

💡Tips

-Every hotels include breakfast, most of them include lunch too but dinner is on your own. Around RM10 – 30 per meal.

-1 lira about RM0.70. Instead of lira, you will need to exchange Euro money too because the hot air balloon and Turkey International Airport only receive Euro.

💬Thoughts

-Although we follow tour to Cappadocia but we booked hot air balloons and horse riding ourselves through online. Each company will have a different price for hot air balloons. The amount of people going will also differentiate the price. As I choose to take hot air balloons that can fit up to 12 people so the price is slightly higher. If it rains or the wind is too strong, the hot air balloons will not fly so it is all determined by the weather. Thus, it is suggested to stay at Cappadocia for at least 2 or 3 days. After the hot air balloons and horse riding, I feel riding on the horse to view the hot air balloons is nicer than viewing on the hot air balloons. You can choose horse riding or ATV if you want a budget trip. You can save around a quarter of traveling fees. You can choose to stay at the hotel in Goreme if you choose free and easy. As some of the hotel can see hot air balloons, so it can save more. You might see a lot of Turkey tour at the market but you have to be careful. Read carefully as most of them does not include hot air balloons.

-Kusadasi is one of the small town here. It takes three hours to go to Pamukkale so it will take six hours to go back and forth. The only downside of following tour is that you will need to rush and you cannot stay long at a specific place. If you choose free and easy, you can consider staying near Pamukkale as the hotel is quite big here.

-Istanbul are mostly historical church, mosques or palaces. This will be the perfect destination for you if you like history. For people who love dessert, it is highly recommended to try their HAFIZ MUSTAFA 1864 as you cannot find it at other places!

Souvenir

The chocolates here are really good between 3 – 5 lira, a small Turkish Delight is around 25 – 35 lira
